Supreme x Nike SB Dunk High By Any Means

With the extremely strong momentum that the Dunk is having right now, brands left and right are taking any opportunity they can to capitalize on its wave. And this Fall, Supreme is reconnecting with Nike (NYSE:NKE +0.80%) to enhance its already rich catalog of SB Dunk High collaborations with the release of the “By Any Means” variant in a “Navy/Red” colorway.

This iteration is dropping alongside a “White/Black” installment sometime during the Fall/Winter 2021 season. The iconic streetwear label ushers in a myriad of enticing details on the high-cut silhouette. Uppers are presented with a smooth leather construction and come prepared with a deep navy hue that outfits the Swooshes, laces and overlays while a bold red swathes the perforated toe boxes, collars, tongues and quarter panels. Unique branding then takes center stage in the form of “No

Nike Air Max Goadome X Supreme Collaboration

Ending its Fall/Winter 2020 collection releases just before the new year, Supreme has returned to reveal another collaboration with Nike (NYSE:NKE -1.36%) . This time around, the New York streetwear imprint has put together its take on the rugged Air Max Goadome. Made exclusively for Supreme, the collaboration will be offered in two colorways centered around a debossed snakeskin pattern.

The bold takes celebrate the silhouette’s timeless blend of form and function that is rugged enough for the mountains, yet practical enough for the streets. The upper of the rugged shoe features an overlay construction crafted of the snakeskin marked waterproof premium leather. Detailing comes in the form of synthetic leather lining, padded collars and tonal metal eyelets. Aside from the printed insoles, branding comes in the form of debossed co-branding at the tongue, mini Swoosh markings near the collar and “SUPREME” at the rear. Finishing up the design of the shoe is a soft foam midsole that works with the black Air unit-assisted ACG rubber outsole with an aggressive lug pattern for added traction, durability and a tough city styling. The Supreme x Nike Air Max Goadome collaboration will release on Supreme’s website January 14, 11 a.m. EST in the United States and January 16, 11 a.m. JST in Japan.

Nike Dunk High Appears in Regal Varsity Purple

Many of Nike Sportswear‘s in-line Dunk High releases from 2020 have pulled directly or borrowed heavily from OG ’80s Dunk style: the “Michigan,” “Michigan State” and “Pure Platinum” all use solid rubber soles and straightforward collar lining to lock in a heritage look. Now, however, the Dunk High “Varsity Purple” an elegant women’s style is diverging from the precedent set by its predecessors by adding modernized details to its classic base.

Uppers mix white and purple leathers in traditional Dunk fashion: the former hits toeboxes, quarters and collars while the latter supplies eponymous style on mudguards, eyestays, Swooshes, laces, collar flaps and heels. This simple-yet-effective colorblocking scheme is inherently familiar to any Dunk aficinado. What’s not familiar is the gold detailing on the Nike tongue badge and the premium satin collar lining. Down below, the mix of new and old is continued with a crisp white midsole atop a purple-tinted translucent outsole.

Persons interested in this slightly-twisted Dunk style will have their chance when it releases in December: early reports have a December 3 release date on Nike SNKRS and a $120 MSRP pegged, though both of these points have yet to be confirmed by Nike.

Nike Drops Air Max 270 Vistascape in ACG-Esque "Black/Pink/Purple" Colorway

Nike treated us to a new take on its Air Max 270, dubbed the Vistascape. Following on from the “Light Orewood Brown” pair comes the latest from the Swoosh, introducing a very classic ACG-esque colorway of “Black/Pink/Purple.” The Air Max 270 Vistacape features an upper comprising ripstop and smooth leather components that are intersected with webbing straps that run all around the shoe.

These webbing straps anchor down the eyestay placket and actually become the eyestays themselves, working their way onto the padded mesh tongue where you’ll find a bevy of speckled rope laces. Overall, the Vistascape adopts a hiking sneaker aesthetic which is complemented by its toggle lace lock, adjustable webbing side straps, and semi-translucent black-toned heel cage. The sole unit is fitted with AIR and React technology which ensures a comfortable, supportive and responsive wearing experience all day long, while a grippy outsole provides traction on more challenging terrains. The pair is rounded out by small finishing touches such as the pink mini Swoosh on the lateral rear-quarter, AIR branding on the tongue strap, and the React branding on the heel clip. Take a closer look at the Nike Air Max 270 Vistascape “Black/Pink/Purple” above, and purchase a pair for yourself from stockists such as Hanon now, where the sneaker retails for £150 GBP (approx. $198 USD). Take a First Look at the Nike Air Force 1 "Raygun"

Following a Nike SB Dunk Low release, the Roswell Rayguns are now set to return on a new Nike Air Force 1 take. The fictional ABA basketball team was created by Nike Basketball for an early 2000s ad campaign.

The upcoming low-top release features a premium pure white leather upper accented by black textile Swooshes framed by yellow and exposed stitching. The rear of the shoe continues the shiny colored outlook with orange and yellow panels. Aside from printed insoles, tongue tags, Nike Air embroidery at the rear and mini Swoosh logos at the vamp, an alien face basketball badge mark the lateral heel regions. Rounding up the design of the shoe is black sock linings, matching laces and white midsoles paired with contrasting black rubber outsoles. Reportedly priced at $120 USD, the Nike Air Force 1 “Raygun” is now expected to release sometime Spring 2021. Nike Adds the Air Jordan 1 High "Black Mocha" to Its Holiday Lineup

Following the “Midnight Navy” CO.JP colorway, Nike continues to deploy the Air Jordan 1 for a series of striking iterations this 2020 holiday season. The latest variant to enter the legendary lineup is the Swoosh’s “Black Mocha” take. Reminiscent of Travis Scott’s AJ1 “Cactus Jack” collaboration, the high-top sneaker is dressed in an off-white, dark brown and tonal black color scheme. The sneaker is fitted with a black Swoosh on the side, black Wings logo at the collar and a gray Jumpman logo on the tongue to boot. The bold color blocking of brown and black on genuine nubuck leather gives this perennial silhouette a crisp and classic look. Finishing touches are off-white midsoles and black outsoles for a balanced, overall execution. Nike released official images of the Air Jordan 1 High “Dark Mocha” this past Friday. Pairs will hit Nike’s SNKRS app on October 31 in men’s and grade school sizing for $130 USD. Elsewhere in footwear, BEAMS SSZ connected with Vans for an exclusive “Double Pocket” Era.

Nike Killshot OG SP Goes Back to Basics With "Off-Noir" Colorway

Nike brought back the Killshot OG SP in May this year, arriving in stores with much fanfare thanks to the sneaker’s deep-routed tennis history and subsequent fanbase. After dropping in various classic colorways, such as this “Beetroot” offering, the OG sneaker is now set to release in “Off-Noir” and “Coastal Blue.”

Officially “Black/White/Off-Noir” and “Coastal Blue/White/Stone Blue,” the pairs are made from mesh, suede, leather, and foam, coming together to present a streamlined and classic tennis look. The “Off-Noir” pair is this release’s star pair, it is simple and understated, letting the materials and design speak for themselves. The classic Nike Sportswear foam tongue contrasts the dark uppers, as does the off white-toned midsole.

For the “Coastal Blue” pair, the color scheme is more retro and the colors pop much more against the white components. Rounding out both pairs is the vintage-styled Nike branding printed onto the white leather heel tabs. Take a look at the Nike Killshot OG SP in “Off-Noir” and “Coastal Blue” above, and head over to Hanon to sign up for the raffle release before it ends on September 24 at 12 p.m. BST (7 a.m. EST). Alternatively, they will also be available on Nike SNKRS, where they retail for £79.95 GBP each (approx. $100 USD) and will drop on September 25. In other news, Nike has dropped a trio of holographic and iridescent Air Force 1s.

OG Dunk High "Michigan" is Back

Nike Sportswear‘s Dunk High is set to return in an OG “Michigan” colorway. Following closely behind the reveal of the Dunk High “Pro Green,” the “Michigan” is a true blast from the past one that made its debut in 1985, representing the Michigan Wolverines in Nike‘s influential “Be True to Your School” pack. The “Michigan” last released in 2016 to a vastly different market, and hit clearance racks in great numbers.

However, with the Dunk enjoying a moment as 2020’s most popular Swoosh lifestyle silhouette this “Michigan” re-release is sure to serve as a celebration of 35 years of history. U of M’s signature maize and navy blue hues are spread across the upper: the former hits quarters, toeboxes, collars and tongues, while the latter graces mudguards, eyestays, Swooshes, collar flaps, heels and laces. Both are brought together on the branded tongue tag. In true ‘85 style, the whole top half is built of supple leather, save for the nylon tongue. White midsoles and navy outsoles round off the look. The Nike Dunk High “Michigan” is set to release via Nike SNKRS on September 23, and is priced at $110 USD. Ranging from digital-printed Nike Sportswear sneaker silhouettes to special Air Jordan 1s, team jerseys for four Chinese LoL outfits Top Esports, JD Gaming, Suning and LGD and a full set of casual apparel, the offering is fan service for hardcore gamers and Swoosh aficionados alike. There’s also “Conquest” bomber jackets. Rounding things off are hoodies and tees with digital Swoosh hits and other gamer-centric adornments. Nike SB Dunk Low X Civilist Changes Color With Heat

Following numerous teasers, we now have our first full look at the Civilist‘s upcoming Nike SB Dunk Low collaboration. For its latest team-up with Nike, the Berlin-based name focused on a thermochromic finish for the dynamic design element. Coming with a standard full-black upper, when exposed to heat the shoe changes to reveal an infrared-inspired pattern. The multi-color heat map reveals the temperature spectrum and is accented by contrasting tonal stitching and distinct Swoosh midfoot branding.

Other branding elements come in the form of Civilist tabs, an infrared tongue tag and Nike embroidery at the rear. Rounding up the design of the shoes is a pure white midsole paired with a black rubber outsole and a set of replacement laces that continue the colors of the heat map. Take a first look at The Civilist Berlin x Nike SB Dunk Low below and expect the shoe to release sometime this August.

Presumed to be a relatively understated collaboration initially, the pair quickly subverted assumption with an all-over thermochromic finish. Fresh out of the box, the pair seems quite neutral with a full black upper and matching accents, but once exposed to heat, a vibrant heat map reminiscent pattern begins to appear. Dark reds, lighter greens, and blues display the entire temperature spectrum, each placed as if gradating from the heel to the toe box. Neutral-toned toolings, linings, and tongues arrive bereft of the focal treatment, though the latter does deliver color by way of a variety of laces as well as yellow-checked tongue patch. Grab an on-foot look at these here and expect to learn more about the launch soon as they’re expected to land later this month.
