With Luffy's back leg shaded like it is in the final panel, it reminds me of the Joyboy silhouette when he was talking to Emeth, so I wonder if it's subtle foreshadowing of maybe Luffy losing his leg in this fight for the added stakes? Hype af!  I’m actually pretty excited to see Sanji manifest Conqueror’s Haki. There is something about the way Oda has been setting up Sanji since Wano that makes me think this could be a really great payoff.

Starting with the whole “wings of the Pirate King” quote from Marco, continuing with Sanji asking himself what kind of person he needed to be for his Captain, Gaban telling him about the kind of person his Captain needs him (and Zoro) to be, and now Killingham telling him he needs Conqueror’s Haki. It seems Oda has done a great job setting this up. Now we just need the payoff. I always believed that Sanji could get Conqueror's Haki, I want to see what the people who thought there was no chance have to say about this. This just reminds me of Zeff saying that he knows someone who's holding back his own spear back in chapter 66 with regards to Sanji. I think for Sanji to unlock his Conqueror's Haki, he needs to allow himself to be selfish and put himself first before others for once or something, maybe have ambitions of being a king. Either that or he needs to not reject his Germa bloodline to not hold any part of him back.
