It's actually interesting how they're contrasted. Zoro's shortcoming is his lack of awareness regarding his haki, while sanji's is his own doubts & lack of confidence regarding it. The entire topic of being a king isn't about literal kinglyhood, it's about having the characteristics of someone who believes they are #1 and wont accept anything less, even if it means they die trying. This series has so much vague dialogue referring to amorphous topics using metaphorical language. It shocks me every time I see fans online taking dialogue from these moments as literal and not figurative as they're meant.
